This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Black Girl Lost Keys (the “Physical Goods”).
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Black Girl Lost Keys will replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Black Girl Lost Keys will replace the Product at no charge.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Black Girl Lost Keys is THIRTY (30) days from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 30 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
• This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• This Limited Warranty does not cover any accidental damage, misuse, improper use, or use other than as specified. “Misuse” is defined as “any use that the manufacturer could not have intended, expected or anticipated.” “Improper use” is defined as “any use the consumer has been warned against”.
• Black Girl Lost Keys is not responsible for use of products by children under 18, damage incurred by water, application heat, or solvents, lost parts, staining, chips, rips, tears, dropping, or any other damage from reasonable use.
• Black Girl Lost Keys is not responsible for lost or stolen products or packages. Consumers should contact the carrier with the tracking number provided by Black Girl Lost Keys for any questions about shipping once the Product leaves our facility.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days (including weekends and holidays) to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any request for a return or refund must include a description of the issue you encountered with the Product.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
